my little jumbo parlor (AKA OLF guitar). The acoustics in my shop are the pits and that didn't help much but here it is.

I like that little tune. Who’s song is that? What type of recorder did you use, and what kind of mic did you use? Sorry for throwing so many questions at ya, but I have a hard disk recorder and like to know about other peoples sounds and setups. Thanks.

Thanks Colby
It's a little tune I came up with a month ago or so. I recorded it into my computer using a Rode large condenser Mic thru a Mackey board. The room I recorded it in has a cement floor and sheet rock walls with no sound deadening material at all xcept stacks of guitar wood on the shevles so it sounds a little echoy. Glad you enjoyed it, I sure would like to hear what some of you guys are playing as well. Put up some tunes if you have any. John

Love that fingerstyle stuff! That guitar has the perfect voice for that song. Nice........

Very nice, John! I love the tune also, but since you wrote it I'd call it "Johhny Cool Blues". Have you started using the thumb pick like "you know who"?

Hey John!!!!!
That's a nice little tune. We should have more music on the forum. After all it all about craftsmanship and good sounds. Send us another tune.
If I could figure out how to send a tune to the forum I will lay one on you guys...
Thanks for sharing...
Walter

Thanks for sharing that, John. Sounds great. I really like the size/shape of your guitar. It's a finalist on my "next guitar" list. What woods do you prefer for this little big guitar?

John,

That was great! A foot tappin', happy sounding tune. When do you release your album?

Thanks for all the compliments. I'd love to hear some of your tunes on here as well. I asked Lance if he could make a page similar to the video page where we can post recorded tunes played on our guitars. I think he was agreeable to putting something like that up here so get your tunes ready.
